WHY DO I SOMETIMES SEE THE SAME REVIEW SUMMARY MULTIPLE TIMES?
Because several businesses fit multiple categories, I want to ensure that Aphioni guests & members can easily find the service they are looking for. As the site grows, you'll see less duplicates!

WHY DON'T NEIGHBORHOOD NOMINATIONS SHOW UP INSTANTLY?
I verify that the nominated business is located within a certain radius of Ashburn, do my best to ensure they come from true customers- not employees or business owners themselves- and I also verify that the language is appropriate for Aphioni.com.

WHY CAN'T I RATE A BUSINESS MORE THAN ONCE?
To maintain the integrity of ratings, and to show a more acccurate count of different users rating a business, not the same person rating it 10 times!

WHAT IF I HAVE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK ABOUT A BUSINESS ON APHIONI.COM?
I do not censor negative feedback- after all- if a business needs to improve its product or service, this is a great place to find out, and for the business owner to inform us of the improvement when/if it happens. But if I suspect negative feedback is false for some reason- be it personal or competitive, I will do my best to confirm its validity before posting it.

Please contact the manager or owner of that business and share it with them- this is a site to praise great businesses, and the only way to get here is to BE one!
