Nomination from Beth House- Logan's Steakhouse
For 4 years, my husband & I love to go to Logans Steakhouse in Sterling for good food at a good price. Being a fussy eater, this is a big deal that I like it there. Yeast rolls are always yummy & they make my salad to special order(without dressing but add bacon bits & croutons).
Of course, if you’re allergic to nuts, this isn’t the place to go - there’s peanuts everywhere.
It’s child-friendly - families go here & their kids are happy (in fact, we’ve taken our grandkids here on occasion).
While it’s very country music looking inside (not our preference in style). I’ve been pleased that recently, the atmosphere is not country music & yee-haws as much anymore. It’s more of a mix of rock, country & pop music in the background & it’s not very loud.
The servers are always attentive & friendly, & the manager always visits every table toward the end of the meal to ask how everything was.

I second the nomination for Logan's Roadhouse. The service can sometimes be spotty, which I think is due to the youth and inexperience of some of their servers (but it's good that they give young people a chance to learn the ropes). The food, however, is always good and Logan's offers a nice variety of items. I especially like the fact that vegetables are on the menu and not just fries and salad. The place is usually a bit noisy so it's kid-friendly. |
