The only thing missing from this fun restaurant is a '32 Yellow Deuce Coupe sitting in the parking lot! The sights and sounds of this 50's style diner with its neon lights and shiney stainless steel surroundings is as adventurous as it's lip-smacking menu. Their colossal onion rings are batter dipped, making for a thin and crispy crunch, and even the single serving is enough for two to share.
Although they have every drink imaginable, they doo-wop it up best with their good old fashioned coke floats and fountain sodas, sometimes served directly in frosty metal containers so you get every last drop. And as their name promises, their cheeseburgers - from the classic 5-ounce to their Famous One Pounder (I dare ya!) made from premium black angus beef - are juicy and hardy. Although they offer a delirious amount of toppings for their burgers, sauces for dipping onion rings or fries, and flavors of milkshakes, the true test they pass is in their basic burgers and shakes reminiscent of the good old hamburger joints of the past.

I going to have to pass on Cheeburger Cheeburger. Burger joints are a dime-a-dozen in Ashburn (actually think there is over-choice). There are better choices out there - I think they try to be too gimmicky with their sauces and lost focus on their bread n butter - which is their burger. The 2x I've been there, ,my burger has been slightly dry, overcooked and just not as tasty.
Kudos for their milkshakes though! Chocolate!! |
