I created some “Useful Websites” tent cards to hand out all over town- how hard could it be to get them printed up and distributed?? I quickly found out that I know nada, zip, no-thing about creating marketing materials for print.
I was stuck without an ounce of professional design software and even less knowledge of what to do! Enter Uncover Printer…On a tip from Doug Hisel (Village Grill shout out here!) I contacted Amy who Doug raved about for her professionalism and ability to deliver the goods quickly, accurately and at a great price. He could not have been more right!
Working with such an uninformed novice must have been a challenge for Undercover Printer- I had to have been the least helpful client ever. Yet they never hesitated, and had a solution to everything I threw their way. I had questions and a level of confusion so great that I can’t even go into detail. I still don’t know what I don’t know!
All I know is, Amy knew. She took my amateurish Word, Power Point, Jpeg documents and expediently converted them into the professional grade PDFs that became the beautiful tent cards that you can now find all over Ashburn. I was so impressed with this company on many levels- response time, industry knowledge, professionalism, understanding, patience- everything a greenhorn to print media needs to kick off a campaign. I was lost and on a tight budget, and Undercover Printer was an affordable buoy that rescued me. Sound dramatic..? It was! Ever been consumed with what you think is a fantastic idea and unable to execute it? It’s creative agony.
