As lousy of a housekeeper as I am, and as much as I abhor dusting, sweeping, mopping, any –ing word that involves any product under my sink- my family is better off if I leave the cleaning to the pros!

I’m a firm believer that competition raises the bar, and businesses can become complacent when they think "once a customer, always a so although I was satisfied with my current cleaning service, I decided to try a new company after being impressed with their work in my friend’s home. She is just like many of us- has 3 kids, works full-time, is active with her children’s extracurricular interests, and yet her large, beautiful home is always clean with a wonderfully fresh fragrance. Jacqueline, the owner, came to our home to introduce herself and her team. She earned my trust instantly with her bright smile, friendly demeanor and professionalism. The products her team used didn’t make me sneeze and weren’t overpowering or cloying. When I moved lamps, or picture frames, I could see that they didn’t just clean around them so the surfaces appeared clean. The Boy’s bathroom is always the true test of a cleaning service, and I was pleased to find that the toilet was cleaned in every crack and crevice around all sides… anyone with a young boy or tall man in the house can easily relate to the importance of this particular detail!

Quality Maids has provided us with very reliable service: they show up on time, ready to work and focused on the job. Their work is consistently above my standards- they clean places I would never think to clean myself. They removed stains that I thought were part of the pattern on my countertops!
